Tip #1
As the ceremony is complete, your guests
will arrive & be at the reception site for
up to 1 hr before you arrive with your
bridal party. The projection system
rental is a way to keep your crowd
entertained with a photo slide show.
We will handle the rest with ice
breaking tools.

Tip #2:
Make this fun and memorable! Come
in as you want. Come in dancing,
throwing candy or whatever creative
idea you can come up with! One neat
thing to do is give comical bios to
each person in your bridal party &
make it fun. Immediately following,
do a meet & greet, so no one feels left
out! You should allow everyone to get
the chance to say something directly
to you.
#3 Dinner Music
1. Keep the same genre as
given to the pre-dinner music
Tip #3:
AS you both finish eating, take some
more time to mingle with your guests.
The toast will immediately follow your
dinner. So be ready to enjoy friends &
family's speeches.
Tip #4
Both the toast and the cake
cutting will be at your cake
station...using it as a backdrop
for photos. The Cake cutting
flows well, following the toast,
because now, you can continue
with the rest of the traditional
dances and everyone can eat &
enjoy them all at the same time!
